皆さんこんにちは！ このレポートもついに３回目です！

 

まずは前回もお話していた通り、私の新しいホストファミリーについてお話ししたいと思

います。最初に私がコーディネーターさんから新しいファミリーの情報をいただいたとき、

私は不安しかありませんでした。なぜなら私の新しいファミリーはファザーとマザー、５人

のブラザーと、Geogia からの留学生の Nika、同い年のシスター、ペットもヤギと鶏とアヒ

ルと犬と猫というビッグファミリーで、ベジタリアン。そして新しい町にステイするので転

校をしなくてはならない。私はお肉大好きの野菜嫌い、全ての新しい環境に馴染めるのか、

学校で友達はできるのか。すべてのことが私を緊張させました。

 

しかし実際に行ってみると、Facebook で私の噂は広まり私は一気に有名人（笑）。たくさんの人たちが私のことを歓迎してくれて、すぐにこの町が気に入りました！ファミリーも一

緒にゲームしたりとか、腕相撲やらされたり、真夜中に大音量で音楽かけていきなりダンス

パーティーになったり、毎日が男勝りの crazy festival！笑。また彼らは何度も留学生を

持ったことがあるし、「ここに来てくれてありがとう。私はこんなに素敵な娘を持てて幸せ

よ。」って言ってくれる最高のファミリーです！食事の面でも Nika とシスターがベジタリ

アンではないので、私たちだけ別メニューでお肉を食べたり、飼っている鶏から取れた新鮮

な卵が食べられたりと全然困っていません！！毎日が最高で放課後は早く家に帰ってファ

ミリーと遊びたくて仕方がない日々を過ごしています。

 

学校はというと、前の学校に比べて格段に難しくなっています。特に大変なのが English。

前の学校では English10 を選択していたのに、ここに来て English9 にレベルを下げたので

すが、それでも鬼級の難しさ。詩や分厚い小説を読み、配布される問題に答えて授業中に先

生に提出しなくてはなりません。皆スラスラ終わるのに、私だけが質問の意味も分からない

状態。毎日宿題となり、ファミリーや友達に助けてもらっています涙。

 

次はクリスマスについてお話したいと思います。私の家ではシークレットサンタをしました。私は一番年下のブラザーのくじを引いたので、マザーに彼の好みを聞いて BB GUN と服をプレゼントしました。とても喜んでくれてよかったです。そんなクリスマスの中でも一番嬉しかったことは、私の誕生日をお祝いしてくれた

こと！私の誕生日は１０月でもう終わってしまっていたのですが、前のファミリーは私の

誕生日を祝うことにあまり賛成ではなくて…。この機会にお祝いされるなんて思ってもみ

なかったので泣きそうになりました。私のクリスマス＆誕生日プレゼントは、服、ヘッドホ

ン、トトロのマグカップ、靴下、帽子、チョコレート、etc．．．。こんなにも沢山のプレゼントをいただけて私は幸せ者です！ツリーも巨大。３ｍ近くはありましたね（笑）。最高のクリスマスになりました！！

 

最後に皆さんにシェアしたいと思ったことがお正月。恐ろしく何もないんです！このとき

初めて日本が恋しくなりました。大晦日なんて、新年になる 30 秒前に私が知らせてなかっ

たら皆気づかなくて残念なお正月になってしまっていたことでしょう！元旦だって普通の

冬休みって感じで、これはダメだと思った私は書初めをしました。ブラザー達にも書かせて

少しは日本のお正月を紹介できたとおもいます。ブラザー達も書道は楽しかったようで、ま

た来週するつもりです！冬休みも１月の３日で終わり。衝撃の短さに驚きました！

 

沢山書きすぎてしまってすみません汗。新しいファミリーの写真と、クリスマスのときの写

Hello everyone! This report is finally 3rd times!

Firstly I want to write about my new host family. When I received their information from my coordinator, I’m so worried and sad. Because my new family is father, mother, 5 brothers, an exchange student from Geogia (his name is Nika), one sister, goat, chicken, cat, and dogs. And they are vegetarian, then I have to change my school because I left my old town. I like meat and I hate vegetable, I wondered if I can make new friends, if I can enjoy my new life. Everything was make me nervous. 

 

However, when I arrived my new town, I could be famous person through Facebook. Many people welcomed me, I like this town. My new host family is very fun too. Because we are playing video game, card game, arm wrestling, and dancing in the midnight . I have a masculine and crazy time every day lol! Then They have become host families many times before, they said me “Thank you for coming here. I’m so glad to have the nice daughter!” What a wonderful family I had!! About the food, my host sister and Nika doesn’t vegetarian, so we can eat meat in separately, I can eat fresh eggs from my chicken. I’m really like them, I can’t wait to meet them in after school!

 

In the school, it’s a difficult for me than my old school. Especially, English is so hard! So I changed English 9 to English 10 when I came here, but it’s a difficult yet. I have to answer the question till this class to read poem or big novel. My classmates is able to finish easily, but I can’t understand even this question’s meanings. It has been my homework, I’m helped by my friends and my host family…

 

I want to talk you about Christmas in next. In my house, we did a secret Santa Claus. I choose a lot of my youngest host brother, so I asked to mom what he want, I presented to him BB Gun and clothes. My best things in this Christmas, my host family celebrated my birthday! Actually, my birthday was October but my old host family was disagree to celebrate my birthday… I didn’t expect about that my new host family celebrate my birthday, so I almost cried…! My Christmas and birthday present was clothes, headphone, cups of Totoro, socks, hat, and chocolate etc. I’m so lucky person to received many gift! The Christmas tree was huge too, it was almost 3 meters lol. I had a wonderful Christmas!!
